With over 60 years of combined experience in Family Practice and Women’s Health, Natalie Babcock, FNP and Rhea Martin, WHNP are poised to change the medical and cosmetic health of northwest Indiana with the opening of Perfection Medical Spa & Powered by Perfection Wellness Clinic!

Rhea and Natalie have combined their years of talent and experience to bring comprehensive and personal healthcare to Chesterton and all of northwest Indiana.

Their deep and lasting friendship began over 30 years ago on the labor and delivery unit at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso. Many say they were the spirit and joy that kept the unit going. Even on the midnight shift!

Rhea returned to school to receive her women’s health nurse practitioner degree then practiced for many years in Private OB/GYN and at Saint Anthony’s Hospital in Crown Point. Natalie soon followed to begin an award winning practice as a family nurse practitioner. Having moved on to different careers, they never lost the heart connection they shared with each other and with those days in Labor and Delivery.

In 2021, they decided it was time to bring their long-lived dream of working together to reality. The seeds of that dream had been watered for so many years through Natalie‘s mother Toni. And when Natalie’s mother passed away, plans went into action to bring Perfection Medical Spa to life.

We have all seen the changes in health care over the years and the number-crunching loss of deeply personal care. Rhea and Natalie simply wanted to return to the passion of their hearts with one on one personal care. They both desire to go beyond the usual healthcare and incorporate cosmetic appearance, weight loss, best nutrition, IV vitamin care, general healthcare and a lot more together into one practice.

    At a very young age I knew that I wanted to help people and be in the Medical Field. My path in healthcare began in 1988; working in Labor & Delivery, Women’s Health, Family Practice, and more recently as a Senior Practice Manager for CVS, managing numerous clinics and providers across Indiana and Minnesota. I have always had the dream of opening my own practice to provide individualized & specialized care. I live in Chesterton with my husband Mike who has been an amazing inspiration. We have raised 4 children, and now 3 Labradoodles! I love to travel, read, exercise and enjoy a great dinner with a good glass of wine. I look forward to working with the BEST Team ever to make sure you have a WONDERFUL Experience.

    My life’s journey has been an enduring love story with nursing and healthcare. Beginning as a candy striper in a rural hospital during my teenage years, I embarked on an educational voyage that led me from earning my associate degree to achieving my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree and my Clinical Nurse Specialist in Women and Children, as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing.

    Over the course of more than three decades, I have dedicated myself to the betterment of women’s health. My commitment extends to practicing the art of uncovering the root cause of health issues, rather than merely treating their symptoms. Alongside my wonderful husband, I am blessed to share the joys of parenthood of four children and the boundless delight of our granddaughter.
