At a very young age I knew that I wanted to help people and be in the Medical Field. My path in healthcare began in 1988; working in Labor & Delivery, Women’s Health, Family Practice, and more recently as a Senior Practice Manager for CVS, managing numerous clinics and providers across Indiana and Minnesota. I have always had the dream of opening my own practice to provide individualized & specialized care. I live in Chesterton with my husband Mike who has been an amazing inspiration. We have raised 4 children, and now 3 Labradoodles! I love to travel, read, exercise and enjoy a great dinner with a good glass of wine. I look forward to working with the BEST Team ever to make sure you have a WONDERFUL Experience.

My life’s journey has been an enduring love story with nursing and healthcare. Beginning as a candy striper in a rural hospital during my teenage years, I embarked on an educational voyage that led me from earning my associate degree to achieving my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree and my Clinical Nurse Specialist in Women and Children, as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing.
Over the course of more than three decades, I have dedicated myself to the betterment of women’s health. My commitment extends to practicing the art of uncovering the root cause of health issues, rather than merely treating their symptoms. Alongside my wonderful husband, I am blessed to share the joys of parenthood of four children and the boundless delight of our granddaughter.

Hello, my name is Cathy and I am a Registered Nurse of 36 years! I began my nursing career by following my interests. At that time, as a young woman, it led me to Labor and Delivery where I worked for 9 years at a large Lake County hospital. After getting married and moving to Porter County, I had two children and my interest changed to Post Partum and Nursery. For the next 25 years, this nursing floor and division grew into treating all women’s health spanning all age groups. As I end my nursing career in women’s health, my focus is centered around the complexities of menopause. I look forward to meeting you at Powered by Perfection Wellness Center!

Hi, my name is Paige. I have always been passionate about making a difference in healthcare. I began my journey early, working as a medical scribe and a patient care assistant in the ER. After becoming a registered nurse and graduating from Valparaiso University, I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice, with plans to graduate in 2026. With a passion for aesthetics, I am now living out my dream working at Perfection Medical Spa, where I help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, staying active, and embracing my love for animals.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, I’ve always had a love for the beauty industry and a passion for making others feel their best. I attended cosmetology vocational school during high school and earned my license in 2011. Although I’m not currently practicing, the creativity and confidence that beauty brings to people remains close to my heart. Outside of that world, I find joy in life’s simple pleasures—beach days, summer nights, spending time with family and friends, hot yoga, and winding down with a good dinner and a glass of wine. Whether through beauty, wellness, or meaningful connection, I’ve always been drawn to things that uplift and inspire.

My name is Mal, and I take care of marketing and media at Perfection Medical Spa! I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington. I’m passionate about engaging with people, and I love being a part of Team Perfection! My goal is to help the staff create an authentic and intimate environment online- one that truly represents them and their mission. I currently live in Bloomington, IN and enjoy reading, being in nature, lifting weights, and yoga. I also play drums and write songs in a local band called The Matriarch- you can stream our music anywhere!
